When a user logs in to Access Care & Clinical and is unable to see any residents, please check on the Resident Auto-Assign settings. To check Resident Auto-Assign:
Go to Admin.
Click on the User list.
Select the user's name.
Under Facility and resident assignments, make sure the Resident Auto-Assign is ticked.
Click Save.
πNote: If you do not wish for all residents in that facility to be assigned to the user, do not tick Resident Auto-Assign, instead you are able to manually select residents by clicking on the Assign residents button.
