Unable to see residents on the system

Issues viewing residents

When a user logs in to Access Care & Clinical and is unable to see any residents, please check on the Resident Auto-Assign settings. To check Resident Auto-Assign:

  1. Go to Admin.

  2. Click on the User list.

  3. Select the user's name.

  4. Under Facility and resident assignments, make sure the Resident Auto-Assign is ticked.

  5. Click Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you do not wish for all residents in that facility to be assigned to the user, do not tick Resident Auto-Assign, instead you are able to manually select residents by clicking on the Assign residents button.
