This guide is only for customers who has integrated the Access Care & Clinical to Access Evo.
Do not follow this if your system is not yet integrated.

First, add the user as a member on Access Evo, please click here for the guide.
Once the user is added, please follow these steps:
Click the Members

In the search field, type the person's name.
Click the three-dot menu.
Click Manage Roles.
Find Access Care & Clinical and select the relevant role using the drop-downs.
Click Save.
This will create a new user in Access Care & Clinical.
Next, using your account, open the application, assign the role, facility, and default facility to the user:
Click Admin.
Within User management section, click User list.
The user will appear at the top of the list.
Select the user and assign the Default facility and Role using the drop-down.
If the default facility drop-down is empty, save and revisit the user profile later to assign it.
Under Facility and resident assignments, click the required Enable facility and Resident auto-assign check box.
Click Save.
For existing users in Access Care & Clinical without an Access Evo account, click Click here to begin on the login popup, select It's my first time signing into Access Evo.

Users can create an account by email or username. For a username account, use the same username if it does not contain a hyphen '-' or '@' e.g. orange-tango or orange@tango. The user will have to create a new username without '-' or '@' e.g. orange.tango. The previous username will then be replaced automatically to follow the new username.
