Migrate to Access Evo

In this article, we explain how to get started by migrating your Access Care & Clinical account to Access Evo.

Existing users in Access Evo

This would need to be done by the user who is trying to link their existing Access Evo email/username account to their Access Care & Clinical account:

  1. Go to the Access Care & Clinical's website login page.

  2. Enter your Access Care & Clinical Username and click Next, then enter your Password and click Sign in.

  3. Instead of signing into Access Care & Clinical, you will be greeted with the Access Evo Migration pop-up.

  4. You will need to select "Click here to begin" to start the migration process for your account.

    Then the screen will refresh and brings you to the Access Evo Wizard.

  5. You will need to select "I've previously signed into Access Evo"

  6. You will be asked to log into Access Evo, Please ensure the email address is correct, and then enter your Access Evo password.

  7. Click Sign in.

  8. If the email address displayed within the email field is not your email, click "Sign in with a different account" and continue to log in with your Access Evo email address.

  9. You can select the option "Sign in with a username" if your account is username-based.

  10. Once you have done this, you'll be able to log straight into Access Care & Clinical, through Access Evo 9 Dot Menu.

New users in Access Evo

If the user does not have an account in Access Evo yet, please follow the steps when migrating from Access Care & Clinical:

  1. Go to the Access Care & Clinical's website login page.

  2. Enter your Access Care & Clinical Username and click Next, then enter your Password and click on Sign in.

  3. Instead of signing into Access Care & Clinical, you will be greeted with the Access Evo Migration pop-up.

  4. You will need to select "Click here to begin" to start the migration process for your account.

  5. Then the screen will refresh and brings you to the Access Evo Wizard.

  6. You will need to select "It's my first time signing into Access Evo"

  7. You will then be asked to enter your new username and click Sign in.

  8. Alternatively, you can select "Sign in with an email account" if they would like to set up an email account instead of a username account.

  9. Then, set your password and click on Next to complete the migration process.

  10. Click Go to Access Evo

  11. Once logged in, the user should be able to log straight into Access Care & Clinical, through Access Evo 9 Dot Menu icon at the top left.
