Following the integration of Access Care & Clinical with the Access Evo, some integrated user accounts may not be able to log in to the Mobile Point of Care mobile application due to an Authorisation Cancelled error.
The reason for this is that integrated user accounts get authenticated through the Access Evo web pop-up screen and the Access Evo web pop-up is blocked. Whilst some devices may not have this occurrence, restricted devices that are either managed by an in-house IT department or a third-party IT contractor would need to make sure the web pop-up is enabled, and the Access Evo unique hyperlink is not blocked on devices.
If you are one of the affected Mobile Point of Care users, please reach out to your in-house IT Department or third-party IT contractor to request the changes.
