Mobile Point of Care is designed to work even when your device has no network connection. If connectivity is lost, a red banner appears at the top of the app to show you are offline.

You can continue entering data as normal. This data is stored locally and will automatically sync with Access Care & Clinical once the connection returns.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Clearing the app cache before pending data has synced will permanently delete that data.


Internal Internet Connection Down

If your device connects to the Wiโ€‘Fi router but the router cannot reach the internet, this indicates an internal network issue. Please contact your internal IT team for support.
