Viewing and completing actions on Mobile point of Care.

It is quick and easy to view and complete actions using Mobile Point of Care. Actions are auto-generated on the mobile device ahead of time, so even if there is a momentary drop in internet coverage, you will still know what care needs to be completed.


Ways to View Actions

There are two ways to view actions within Mobile Point of Care:

  1. Facility / Location Level

    • Tap the three-lined icon in the top left-hand corner to open the menu.

    • Select “Actions”.

  2. Resident Level

    • Navigate to the resident’s profile to view their specific actions.


Completing Actions

  1. Tap the action to expand it.

  2. Choose one of the following:

    • Care not required anymore

    • Open chart to complete observation

  3. Selecting an option will take you to the specific chart for that resident.

  4. Once the observation is submitted, the action will be marked as complete and removed from all other devices in the care home to prevent duplication.


Offline Completion

If an action is completed while offline, it will sync and be removed from other devices once an internet connection is restored.


📌Note: Chart actions will only be completed when done via the action flow in Care & Clinical. Recording a chart observation separately (as an ad hoc action) will not complete any chart actions for that resident.
