Seven days' worth of progress notes can be viewed for each resident. Users can also capture new progress directly within Access Care and Clinical. All captured data is synchronized with the main Care & Clinical application.
The guide below walks you through how to view and capture a Progress Note in the mobile app:
Click Residents, find the resident, and open the profile.
Click Progress Notes, then click Add.
Type the progress note information you would like to add.
Enter the time that the observation was made.
Click Submit Observation.
📌Note: When you complete a chart through Access Care and Clinical mobile, it will generate two progress notes. If you complete the same chart on the web version, it will generate only one progress note.
