Get Activation Code in Access Care & Clinical Mobile

After entering a valid activation code, the system will prompt you to input your username and password. Your Access Care and Clinical mobile username and password are the same ones you use to access Access Care & Clinical.

If you have access to only one home, the app will login you directly. However, if you have access to multiple homes, you'll need to select the home you want to view before you proceed to the app.

You only need to enter the activation code the first time you use Access Care and Clinical mobile. The only other instance you'll need to complete this step is if you choose to change the organization.
