A user can capture charting information relating to a range of Access Care & Clinical charts. Once captured, the appropriate Chart in the main Access Care & Clinical application will be populated with the same information.
The below guide walks you through on how to Capture Charting Information in ACCM:
Click Residents.
Find the Resident.
Find the Chart you are looking to create by select types of chart and enter all data relevant to your observation.
Click Submit Observation.
📌Note: Previously completed observations cannot be viewed from Access Care and Clinical mobile. These have to be viewed from the core Access Care & Clinical application.
