To create a chart:

  1. In the top ribbon, click the Residents tab.

  2. Find your resident using the Find a resident search bar.

  3. When your resident appears, click the resident's name. This will load the resident's profile.

  4. On the resident ribbon, click the Charts tab from the resident banner. This will load the charts section for the resident.

  5. Use the Chart Type drop-down and select the Chart Type to be created.

  6. Click Create chart/location.

  7. Using the blue New Observation column, enter all data relevant to your observation.

  8. Once you have captured all appropriate data, enter your password and click Save.
