Occasionally, an error may have been made, and this may need to be highlighted to the rest of the team. Chart entries cannot be deleted, but it is possible to strike them through and provide a reason for why this action has been performed.
β οΈWarning: Once a chart has been strikethrough, it is not possible to undo that action.
To strikethrough the chart entry:
In the top ribbon, click the Residents tab.
Find the resident using the Find a resident search bar.
Click the resident's name. This will load the resident's profile.
In the residents ribbon, click the Charts tab. This will load the charts section for the resident.
From the completed chart list, find the Chart you are looking to strikethrough and click the Chart Name.
Locate the Chart column to strikethrough.
Below the date and user details, click Strikethrough entry.
Type the Reason for striking through the Chart.
Type your Password.
Click Strikethrough.
