If a mistake has been made in a progress note, you can strike it through and record the reason. Progress notes cannot be deleted.
Once a progress note is struck through, it cannot be undone.
Progress notes cannot be struck through after 14 days from when they were created.

How to Strikethrough a Progress Note
Go to Residents, then find and select the resident.
Click Progress Note.
Find the progress note you want to strike through.
Highlight the text and click Strikethrough.
Enter the reason for striking it through.
Click Strikethrough again to confirm.
