Progress notes cannot be deleted, but it is possible to strike through and provide a reason for why this action has been performed. Follow the steps below:
⚠️Warning: Once a progress note has been struck through, it is not possible to undo that action.
Click Residents, then find and select the resident.
Click Progress Note.
Locate an existing progress note to strikethrough.
Under the progress note, highlight the text to strikethrough and click Strikethrough.
Type the reason for needing to strikethrough.
Click Strikethrough.
📌Note: Progress Notes will not be able to be strikethrough after 14 days the progress notes have been added.
