If you are unable to capture a wound photo in Mobile Point of Care, first check whether the device’s camera works normally outside the app.
This issue commonly occurs on new devices where camera permissions have not been enabled for the Access Care & Clinical mobile app. This is not a bug—it's due to the device’s privacy and app‑permission settings.
Please contact your local IT team to update the device settings and allow the app to access the camera.
Mobile Point of Care supports capturing wound photos directly during observations, in either landscape or portrait mode, depending on the device’s configuration.
