Following migration to Access Evo, the way that users are managed has also changed; user management can only be carried out by someone with the Access Evo Administrator organization role.

To archive a user within Access Care & Clinical, you should either remove the Access Care & Clinical product role from the user within Access Evo, which can be done as follows:
Click Members.
Find the user in the list.
Click three-dot menu at the top right of the member's name card.
Click Manage Roles.
Find Access Care & Clinical and select the No Access role.
Click Save.
Alternatively, you can deactivate the user within Access Evo, which can be done as follows:
Click Members.
To find a member, in the Search field, type the person's name.
Click the three-dot menu at the top right of the member's name card.
Click Deactivate User.
Once either of these changes have been made, this will automatically pull through to the Access Care & Clinical system.
πNote: Once a deactivated user in Access Care & Clinical, if will be reactivated again it will lose its access to Access Care & Clinical mobile.
