To change a user's password who hasn't migrated to Access Evo please follow below:

  1. Click Admin, then click User List.

  2. Find the username and under the password status, click Change.

  3. Enter a temporary password. The user can log in with the temporary password and will be prompted to change it to a new password.

Migration to Access Evo, only someone with an administrator organization role can manage users.

In order to reset a user's password within Access Evo, one of the administrators from your organization will have to follow the steps bellow:

  1. Log to Access Evo.

  2. Click Members menu.

  3. Find the user.

  4. Click the three-dot menu.

  5. Click reset password.

  6. Enter new password

  7. Click Ok.

πŸ€“Tip: Password needs to be at least 10 characters long, contain both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and a symbol: !,",Β£,$,%,^,&,*,(,),. etc.

Any email users will instead need to reset their own passwords via the forgotten password link on the Access Evo login page.
