To change a user's password who hasn't migrated to Access Evo please follow below:
Click Admin, then click User List.
Find the username and under the password status, click Change.
Enter a temporary password. The user can log in with the temporary password and will be prompted to change it to a new password.
Migration to Access Evo, only someone with an administrator organization role can manage users.
In order to reset a user's password within Access Evo, one of the administrators from your organization will have to follow the steps bellow:
Log to Access Evo.
Click Members menu.
Find the user.
Click the three-dot menu.
Click reset password.
Enter new password
Click Ok.
π€Tip: Password needs to be at least 10 characters long, contain both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and a symbol: !,",Β£,$,%,^,&,*,(,),. etc.
Any email users will instead need to reset their own passwords via the forgotten password link on the Access Evo login page.
