If you have followed all the correct steps in creating a new user, such as:
Enabling the permissions from Access Evo.
Assign a default facility and role.
Enable the facility through facility and resident assignments.
Log into the web version of Access Care & Clinical and wait at least 30 minutes for the web to sync with MPOC.
But even after this the affected user can't access the mobile app, ensure the facility you enabled for the user has at least one residency associated with it.
If there are no residents or patients, the sync will not occur, and the user will not be able to log into MPOC.
For successful synchronization with the mobile app, the facility must have at least one resident.
πNote: The affected new user must not be deactivated, by deactivating it from Access Evo it will lose the mobile app access.
