Charts not available for a specific role

For a specific role charts are not available

If the chart(s) in question are not available for users with a specific user role, it is likely that this chart has not been enabled for the user role in question.

The below guide walks you through on how to assign charts to a specific role:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Browse to Clinical Configuration and click Chart Configuration.

  3. Each time a user creates a Chart you can configure Access Care & Clinical to create an automated progress note.

    • To activate this, under Link to progress notes, select the check box. This can be turned on for as few or as many charts as required.

  4. To Assign a chart to a user role, click the Assign button in the User role column along the same row as the appropriate chart.

  5. Select All User Roles if you would like All User Roles to have access to the chart or put a tick in the check box against specific User Role if you would like only a few to have access.

  6. If no User Roles should have access to a chart, make sure that no User Roles have the check box ticked.

  7. Once you have selected the appropriate User Roles, scroll to the bottom of the window and click Save. A dialog will appear stating 'Configuration saved'.
