Users can view resident documents via the documentation menu. The resident documents section allows you to easily search for specific documentation using one or more of the filters. You can filter based on a resident's name, the tag the document is attached to, or by a specific date range. To view any document, you can select the caption name. This will download the document (if soft copy) or display the location of the document, if hard copy.
Uploading Documents
Click Documentation.
Browse to Resident Documents and click Add / View Documents.
Click Upload New Document.
Select the appropriate resident.
Add a Caption.
Select a Tag.
Enter a Description.
Select Soft or Hard Copy - find document / add detail as appropriate.
Choose if you wish to view the document as a progress note.
Click Save.
Viewing Documents
Click Documentation.
Browse to Resident Documents and click Add / View Documents.
Locate the required document by either entering the resident's name or tag.
Click on document name in the section Caption.
Editing Documents
Click Documentation.
Browse to Resident Documents and click Add / View Documents.
Locate the required document by either entering the resident's name or tag.
Click Edit.
Deleting Documents
Click Documentation.
Browse to Resident Documents and click Add / View Documents.
Locate the required document by either entering the resident's name or tag.
On the right, select the check box and click Delete.
🤓Tip: The delete button will only become active once one or more documents have been selected to delete.
