If an Action is not completed within four hours of its due date or time, it will become a missed action.
Missed actions will remain visible and accessible within the Mobile Point of Care until a missed reason and some additional Information are entered.

To view missed actions:
Click Missed Actions and expand your actions.
Select a Missed Action, then select a Reason.
Enter Additional Information.
Choose whether you would like to complete the action retrospectively, click Yes or No.
Click Submit Missed Reason.
