Manage Missed Action

Missed or not completed actions

If an Action is not completed within four hours of its due date or time, it will become a missed action.

Missed actions will remain visible and accessible within the Mobile Point of Care until a missed reason and some additional Information are entered.

To view missed actions:

  1. Click Missed Actions and expand your actions.

  2. Select a Missed Action, then select a Reason.

  3. Enter Additional Information.

  4. Choose whether you would like to complete the action retrospectively, click Yes or No.

  5. Click Submit Missed Reason.
