When a resident has a new care plan created, their previous care plan will move into historical status.
Where and how to view evaluation notes in historical care plans:
Click Documentation.
From the care plans section, click View / Evaluate Care Plans.
Find a resident's name.
Underneath status historical, click Extended.
Click the expand icon to view evaluation notes.
