To strike through a care plan:
Click Residents and select one.
Click Care Plan, then click Evaluate.
Click Expand all domains, all active observations, goals and interventions associated with the expanded care domain will be displayed.
Click Strike-Through.
Enter your reason and eventually your password.
Click Save.
