Access completed assessment forms through the resident's record. You can search for them within the resident's record or find them via the Documentation menu.
Access assessment forms through the resident's record
On Residents tab, use the Find a Resident search bar to find the required resident.
Click on resident's name. This will load the resident's profile.
On Forms tab, select the Assessment Form to be opened. The assessment form will open on the left.
πNote: By default, the platform displays the previous five forms. To view more, user the View drop-down and select the last 10,15,20 or 50 forms.
Search for assessment forms through the resident's record
On Residents tab, use the Find a Resident search bar to find the required resident.
Click on resident's name. This will load the resident's profile.
On Forms tab, click Search Assessment Forms.
Select the Assessment Form to see a history for or leave as all assessment forms.
Select From Date and To Date.
Click Search.
Click the assessment form name to open any form from the search results.
Access assessment forms by documentation menu
Click Documentation.
Click View Forms.
Select which Resident(s) to see Assessment Forms for.
Select the Assessment Form to see the history.
Select From Date and To Date.
Click Next.
Only active assessment forms, completed and unfinished, are visible in the search results.
Click the assessment form name to open any form from the search results.
Filter the Status using the appropriate drop-down menu.
