If you no longer need an assessment form, it’s best practice to archive them so you’re active assessment forms are always current.
To archive an assessment form, follow these simple steps.
Click Documentation.
Click View forms.
On Residents, select the most appropriate to find the assessment form.
On form type, select Assessment forms.
On the Assessment form list, select your assessment form.
Enter a date range, then click Next.
Select the checkbox next to the assessment form.
Click Archive, then select if you’d like to remove the data from progress notes and management reporting data.
Click Archive.
