Assign/Unassign assessment forms to your facilities

Assigning or unassigning assessment forms

If you only use specific assessment forms for certain Services or Facilities, you are able to assign assessment forms to each facility as per the needs of your organisation.


Assign assessment forms

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Browse to Clinical Configuration.

  3. Click Create/Edit Form.

  4. Underneath the Facilities column, click Assign.

  5. Select each check box as appropriate.

  6. Click Save.


Unassign assessment forms

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Browse to Clinical Configuration.

  3. Click Create/Edit Form.

  4. Underneath the Facilities column, click Assign.

  5. Deselect each check box as appropriate.

  6. Click Save.
