To use the Dynamic Care Planning capability, ensure that the appropriate assessment form responses are mapped to the correct areas of the care domains that make up the care plans.
📌Note: Form mappings will usually be done during the implementation period as this would have been predetermined by your organisation but it is possible to refine them to better meet your organisational needs.
Select an Assessment Form name from the Create/Edit Assessment Form page to add or update the mapping:
Click Admin.
Browse to Clinical Configuration and click Create/Edit Form.
Underneath the Questions column, click Edit.
Browse to the question to add or update the mapping for.
Click the plus + icon to expand the question.
Browse to the Mapping section.
Select the appropriate Care Domain or Sub Domain on Observation / Goal / Intervention for the question to be mapped to.
Proceed to next question.
At the top or bottom of the page, click Save.
🤓Tip: You can also remove this mapping by removing the Care Domain or Sub Domain on Observation - Goal - Intervention for the question to be mapped to.
