Customising user roles for assessments

Amending which users can complete an assessment form

You can customise which user roles have permission to complete specific assessments, giving you the control to ensure the right people are completing them.

To edit which user roles can complete a new assessment for entry, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Under Clinical configuration, click Create/edit form.

  3. Under User groups, click Assign.

  4. Select the roles the need permission, then click Save.
