Reports not showing ADL chart information

This may look like a system error, but itโ€™s actually due to how the data is stored. Itโ€™s important to compare the input date/time with the event time. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Care & Clinical site.

  2. On the Home screen, click Documentation.

  3. In the Progress Notes section, select Add / View Progress Notes.

  4. Choose the Facility, Location, and Resident from the dropdown menus.

  5. Apply the filter and click Search.

  6. A list of saved progress notes will appear.

Check the date and time on the left (when the user entered the note) and the Time of Event on the right (when the note was intended).


For example: A note entered on 30/01/2020 at 15:30 might be for an event that occurred on 30/01/2020 at 12:00.
