To enable or disable alerts at the resident level:
Click Residents, then select the resident.
Click Clinical, in the alert preferences section, click Edit.
Disable the alert no longer required and click Save.
⚠️Important: You will only be able to enable or disable alerts that have been enabled at a facility level. Alerts that have been disabled at a facility level will be greyed out and will contain the message alert disabled for this facility.
