Edit Residents Profile tab settings

Amending residents profile

The Profile tab is the first tab in a resident’s file. It stores key and personalised information about the resident. This tab can be turned on or off, and its sections can be renamed to match your organisation’s needs.


To disable the tab altogether

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Navigate to the Organisation management settings and click the Edit Resident Profile tab.

  3. Untick Enable resident profile sections and click Save.


To re-label a section

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Navigate to the Organisation management settings and click the Edit Resident Profile tab.

  3. Click on the Section Name and replace the text.

  4. Click Save.


To turn a section off

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Navigate to the Organisation management settings and click the Edit Resident Profile tab.

  3. In the section, untick the Enabled check box.

  4. Click Save.
