The Profile tab is the first tab that is accessible when you are viewing a Resident's file. It is typically used to capture key and personalised information relating to the individual resident. The Profile tab can be enabled or disabled, and the sections that make up the Profile tab can be relabeled to suit the needs of your organisation.


To disable the tab altogether

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Browse to the Organisation management settings and click Edit Resident Profile tab.

  3. Un-tick Enable resident profile sections and click Save.


To re-label a section:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Browse to the Organisation management settings and click Edit Resident Profile tab.

  3. Click into the Section Name and replace the text.

  4. Click Save.


To turn a section off

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Browse to the Organisation management settings and click Edit Resident Profile tab.

  3. In the section, untick the Enabled check box.

  4. Click Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: Naming a section "Resident Indicators" will make the section move to the top of the resident profile page and display all of that resident's enabled resident indicators.
