You can use resident indicators to convey high-level information at a glance, giving carers quick reference to a resident’s care needs. These indicators show in both the resident header, and the Resident Indicators section of the resident’s profile.


To add or remove resident indications, follow these simple steps.

  1. Click Residents, then click on the resident you wish to change indicators for.

  2. Above the resident header, click Clinical.

  3. Under Resident Indicators, click Edit.

  4. On the status list, select All.

  5. Select or clear the checkboxes for the indicators you require.

  6. Click Save.

📌Note: Make sure to double-check that you select both the Enable for Resident and Visible in Header checkboxes for them to be visible in the resident header.

To make the resident indicators show up in a Resident Profile Section, under the Profile tab, follow these steps:

  1. Click Admin

  2. In the Organisation Management section click on Edit resident profile tab

  3. Name one of the sections Resident Indicators (capital R capital I)

  4. Make sure the newly renamed section is enabled by seeing if the box next to it is checked, then click Save.
