The PRSB tile visibility control feature allows administrators to control the visibility of PRSB tiles on the Resident Profile page. This flexibility helps manage how PRSB information displays, based on compliance or user preferences.
Access the PRSB tile visibility setting
Before starting, ensure you have Admin permissions, then follow these simple steps.
Click Admin, then scroll down to the Organisation Management section.
Click Edit resident profile tab.
You will see the Enable/disable PRSB Profile Tiles and Header section.
Use the PRSB tile visibility control
Now that you've got to the right section, you can enable or disable your PRSB tiles.
Enable PRSB tiles
To enable your PRSB tiles:
Select the Enable PRSB profile sections checkbox, then click Save.
This applies across all relevant pages within the system.
Disable PRSB tiles
To disable your PRSB tiles:
Clear the PRSB Profile profile sections checkbox, then review the warning message.
Warning: This message reminds you that you will be affecting regulatory standards.
Click Save.
This applies across all relevant pages within the system.
