When it comes to scoring, it is always something to do about numbers. All we need to do here is to look thoroughly on all the data associated with numbers/figures within the chart section. This can be done by following the steps below:
Login to the Care & Clinical site.
Click on Resident.
Enter the resident's name in the Find a resident section.
Click on the resident's name.
Click on the Charts tab.
Click on MUST chart.
Check all entries for the scoring, especially the ones that involves decimal points.
The incorrect scoring could be due to any incorrect value within the Weight, Height or the Body Mass Index (BMI).
