This report is generated based on these rules:

  • The resident must be active and have a Bowel Chart enabled.

  • Includes residents who:

    • Had at least one observation in the past 3 days and another between 3–14 days ago.

    • Have no “open” observations in the past 3 days.

    • Have at least one “not open” observation in the past 3 days.

    • Have at least one “open” or “not open” observation more than 3 days ago but less than 14 days ago.

  • OR residents with no observations at all.

  • OR residents whose latest observation (3–14 days ago) is “not open” and have no observations in the past 3 days.

  • Residents with no observation or no “open” observation after 14 days will appear without a Latest Bowel Observation date.

Additional Details:

  • Observations come from the Bowel Chart.

  • The report displays the resident's name, date of birth, room, last observation date, and the number of hours since the last observation.

  • To sort, click Show Search Options and choose any column heading.

  • You can export the report to PDF or Excel.
