The guide below walks you through how to view Clinical reports:
In the top ribbon, click Reporting.
Select the Clinical tab.
If the Dashboard screen appears, click Browse Individual Clinical Reports.
This will display all available Clinical Reports in Access Care & Clinical.
📌Note: Reports in the Falls, Infection, Medication Incident, and Resident Incident categories are linked to their respective assessment forms.
If any changes are made to these form templates, please raise a new case with Access Care & Clinical Support so we can update the report mappings accordingly.
