Here is how to clear cache data in the four main browsers and mobile point of care.
Access Care and Clinical Mobile
1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap on Applications.
3. Tap Access Care and Clinical mobile.
4. Select Storage.
5. Tap on Clear Cache.

Google Chrome
On browser's toolbar, click the three vertical dots.
From settings, select Privacy and Security.
Click Clear Browsing Data and go to Advance tab.
Select the time range as All time to delete everything.
Select the checkboxes for cookies, and other site data, cached images and files, hosted app data and media licenses.
Click Clear Data.
Microsoft Edge
Click the three dots, from the upper right corner of your browser window.
Select Settings, then click Privacy, search and services.
From delete browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Select from time range drop down All Time.
Make sure to select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Click Clear now.
Firefox
From History menu, select Clear Recent History.
If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
From the time range to clear drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear the entire cache, select Everything.
Next to details, click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select All Items.
Click Clear now.
Exit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
