If you get stuck on selecting the home where you will have to work please follow bellow:

  1. Click Change Organization.

  2. Re-enter the activation code.

  3. Try to login again.

To resolve the error message, please try the following:

  • Clear app data and try to login again.

  • If the issue persists, try to uninstall and re-install the app

  • Check if the user was assigned to any residents.

  • In the ultimate instance, a factory reset for that device should solve the issue, but please be advised that the app will need to be reinstalled and the activation code entered again. We recommend to get in touch with your local IT department to do this for you and eventually, to save any data needed before starting this process.
