The below guide walks you through how to restore a deceased resident from archived status:

  1. Click Admin.

  2. Click Occupancy Management.

  3. Find the resident that you wish to archive by First name / Last name.

  4. Filter by status Deceased.

  5. Click on the Archived Only checkbox.

  6. Underneath the Occupancy History, click on View.

  7. Below the Occupancy Details, click on restore.

πŸ“ŒNote: Restoring residents will make visible all their documentation in the current facility. They will not be readmitted to the facility.
