When a resident is deceased and have been archived but the Action is still active follow the steps below:

Restore the resident using <a href="https://intercom.help/careandclinical/en/articles/13052017-restoring-a-deceased-resident-from-archived-status" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this guide</a> to help.

Complete all of the existing Actions for the resident.

2. Complete all of the existing Actions for the resident.
3. Archive the resident once done.
