If the resident is not <a href="https://intercom.help/careandclinical/en/articles/13052017-restoring-a-deceased-resident-from-archived-status" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Archived</a>, it is possible to view the files regardless of the Deceased status. To do this, you need to filter the Status drop-down menu to All when searching for the resident and you may access the profile and all files.
