You can change the admission date via the occupancy management screen within Access Care & Clinical, to do this:

  1. Log into Access Care & Clinical

  2. Click the admin tab

  3. Select Occupancy Management under the Occupancy Management Header

  4. Search for the resident in question and click on their name to open the occupancy record

  5. Click Edit next to the admission record

  6. Change the date and time to the correct values

  7. Enter a reason for the change

  8. Click save
