App needs updating

Access Care and Clinical mobile is a native android application. Depending on your settings, updates will download automatically over the air or will need to be performed manually from the Google Play Store.


To Update all android apps automatically:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Click Menu, 3 lines icon.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Auto-update apps.

  5. Select an option:

    • Auto update apps at any time to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data.

    • Auto-update apps over Wi-Fi only to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If an account on your device has a sign-in error, apps may not update automatically.


To Update Only Access Care and Clinical mobile automatically:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Click Menu, 3 lines icon.

  3. Click My apps & games.

  4. Select Access Care and Clinical mobile.

  5. Tap More, 3 dots icon.

  6. Next to Auto-update, select the check box.


To update Access Care and Clinical mobile manually:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Click Menu, 3 lines icon.

  3. Click My apps & games.

  4. Apps with an update available updates are labelled 'Update'.

  5. Find Access Care and Clinical mobile from this list and click Update.
