Archive/Restore a user

Archiving users

The guide below walks you through how to archive a user who is not migrated to Access Evo:

  1. Click Admin

  2. Go to User Management, Click User List.

  3. Locate the user you want to archive.

  4. Tick the checkbox in the Archive column (last column). This activates the blue Archive button.

  5. Click the blue Archive button.

  6. A pop-up will confirm: “Users have been archived.”

⚠️Important: Archived users cannot access your Care & Clinical environment. All previously captured information by the user will be retained.


Archive Multiple users

You can archive more than one user at a time.

  1. Tick the Archive checkbox for all users you want to archive.

  2. Then click the blue Archive button to confirm.


Restore an Archived user.

To restore an archived user:

  1. Click Admin, then click User List.

  2. Filter the status to Archived.

  3. Underneath restore column, select the checkbox.

  4. Click Restore.
